Hi everybody!
I am detrashing my rooms, therefore I found some abandonware I once adored. I could offer: -Stunts (4DSportsDriving) (cracked version) with great tracks! -Master of Orion (cracked version) -Comanche -Cool Croc Twins -Pizza Connection -Syndicate American Revolt -Alien Legacy Please tell me whether there are still copyright protections and if you are interested... Yours JM |
I didn't know a succesfuly cracked version of MOO existed.
|
of course there is one existing. I played the game some dozen times up to the end... and it is the best out of the Trilogy, because it does not have this mess of administration in it.
|
Please look at the main site, to see if the game is allready there or not.
The visit http://www.theesa.com for list of theire members. |
ok, body blows was there. But the others not.
The downloadable Master of Orion is not playable! And Stunts! I have really good tracks and the game I have is totally cracked... :ok: |

So, they let you distribute the games, although they still have the copyright? Good!
Otherwise, I think, once the copyright expired, you have the right to distribute cracked versions, too. You should consider to add some track designs to the stunts archive... there is no copyright problem, I guess. so, cool crock twins left (comanche is not important unless I do not like to play abandoned flight simulation games) Cool Croc twins is funny, but not that cool I remembered it. You have to play it with 2 players. And for Alien Legacy you wouldn't get the right to distribute it? |
Can I find out via
http://www.theesa.com whether there is still a copyright? Or what is about this ESA thing? So far, for me, ESA was = European Space Agency cu, JM :tomato: |
The copyright expire after 90 years at the current law-setup.
ESA is an anti-piracy organization. |
I'd word it differently.
ESA is the gardener's dog of gaming market. They will not lift a finger for games of their members to be still avaible on market, but they will lash out at anyone who does as much as give a buy link for a distributor who still has them. There is not much more to be explained about it. |
