Hi there

Great Website guys, I was wondering if you could help me find a version of a horse racing game called Quarter Pole.

Im sure you could probably buy it on ebay but I dont buy off ebay so if anyone has a download for me or anything like that it would be appreciated.

I used to spend hours playin this game and I believe it is the best Horse Racing sim out there on the PC.

If there are any other Horse Racing sims that I dont know about please let me know.

Erm, did you actually read the game description?

And Quarter Pole is a 2002 game. Hardly abandonware by any standards

Er.. I meant the original Quaterpole, not the new Plus version. Direct link.

EDIT: Heh, just noticed it's Quaterpole, not Quarterpole. :)

I think he was just asking what racing games there are, whether abandoned or not.

Tom Henrik 24-10-2005 02:07 PM

In that case, I am sorry. :tomato:

I didnt read the requirements so yea thats great.

The quarterpole game i used to play was around 1995 so its pretty old now.

Cant believe they still sell it.

Any horse racing game that isnt just about betting is what i want.

I like to manage stables and buy horses from scratch.

I probably shouldnt get it because it was that damn addictive for me and ill just get addicted again.

That's the system requirements for the new version, though. The old version had something about DOS 5.0 (I didn't look too closely), so it might not be XP-compatible. Unless you were interested in buying the newer version anyway...
