I was cleaning up and found some old games I had lying around...

Slipstream 5000 - Gremlin
Microcosm - Psygnosis
Animal - Microtime

Of these three, only Animal seems to qualify as the other 2 are under copyright protection.

I am happy to rip ISO's of all 3 or just Animal, as you so determine.

Slipstream 5000 is still sold on CDAccess. Otherwise I would have contributed it long ago. :D So don't make an ISO of that. I've never heard of the other two, so I'll let another updater take care of that. :)

Hello there. Well, I have a lovely little game called "Harvester" in one of my drawers, but, for a couple of reasons, I'm not really sure if I should even bother with mentioning it.

First of all it's a really messed-up game. Not something a 10 year old should be able to download right away. I didn't see any rule against such games on the forums, but neither did I look very hard for it, so... I'm just not sure if it's suitable for the site.

Second - I'm not sure about it's status. The abandonware list didn't help me much here. I didn't find it in any online stores I checked except Amazon.com. Maybe I'll share the link: http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listi...&condition=new . I heard the good news that Amazon is no longer valid, but maybe that's not the case here (it does say "NEW!" there...)? If so, than I apologize for wasting your time.

you mean Firo & Klawd? check the Candidate 2009 for it.

Only Animal is abandoned the other 2 are sold on CDAccess. How big is the File? If its small then its can put on FTP otherwise it belong to ISO CELLAR.

Well, I didn't make the ISOs yet, but it's 3 CDs so... very big :amused:

Just a notice that Abandonia is now also taking ad scans. That means, scans of advertisement of a game/games that are hosted here/can be hosted here. These ads can be found on all kinds of magazines, but mostly in gaming related or comics.

Currently, it hasnt been decided on what language the scans must or should be, so I say any language goes. We can even have advertisements in multiple languages.

I did read your post. Many of the full color product catalogs that you find in the game boxes have full page ads for games much like what you would find in a magazine etc. That is why I asked. I am simply asking for clarification. There isn't much difference really.

I would say those would qualify even better, or as good... There's already an "inlet" category for box shots. I'd say yes anyway.

The Studentis designed site already provides for extras in other languages than English.

Yesterday I found a original cd of Allied General in some old boxes I have
I see that we have Panzer General , but not allied general.
Are you interested on it and is it possible to upload it for download or just another ESA?

I think Allied General is available in ISO Cellar under the name Panzer General II (aka Allied General). Panzer General II is the german name for the game, but I don't know why didn't they name it Allied General (aka Panzer General II) to avoid confusion.

Hi I just saw that Fatal Encounter is still needed, I already uploaded it to the abandonia ftp, has anyone checked it? is it useful or not? I uploaded, fatal encounter and super fighter. could someone check it out?:)

Cheers for sorting me out the details - I've uploaded all and more.

Was unaware that Uplink was sold. I got it for free with a magazine. Considered it Freeware.

Wish I knew, then I coulda saved some time not uploading it.

Can't get FTP access anymore, so I can't see which games you didn't accept, so I can't see what you wanted and what you didn't. Therefore cannot submit proper (even with FTP...)
