By uploading them to our FTP server. I'll send you a PM with info how to do that later.
Depends on what games these are. Care to tell that first?

DSA - Das schwarze Auge - Sternenschweif + Speechpack
Ultima VII (German Version)

Now checking the disks if they are ok.

From what I remember, there is no policy at the moment about adding non-english versions of the games. You might want to talk about that with the updaters and also with Kosta first. Also, all games you're listing are on the site in their english version.

English-language documentation is fine, any box-scans that are not yet on the site are fine as well.
