Anyway... This is a true classic; unfortunately, it is not an arcade game or something, where you only have to bang the space bar key, so it is not really popular among Doom fans.

But for us TRUE gamers... it is a true jewel, especially UW2. :ok:

And please refrain from using leet talk and letters like "Y" instead of words like "why".

And stop using Caps Lock on your letters, that is considered yelling, which is rude.

This was one of the few KOEI titles (along with Gemfire) that I didn't generally care for when it appeared. The writing was forced; the casual expressions intended to be "pirate-y" sounded like they were written by someone who had never read any fiction set on the Bounding Main. (I found out later, that was actually the case.) Gameplay felt like a reduced version of the old KOEI military engine, without much that was new.

It's been years, though, so I may try it again.

:kosta: Very good game. It's most complicated than Pirates and the game history...When I finish the first part I'll play again the second :-)

I'm looking forward to playing this game. I loved it on the Snes, but I can't seem to get it to install.

everytime I try one of the .exe files it just crashes Dos Box. Any ideas?

The execution file of this game is the "koei.com". :D

Uw2 is still a beter game then this one but this is where it al started with! :cheers:

It's already installed. No need to run the install.exe
