Time Warriors
 

I'm looking for a fighting game that I played a long time ago. I don't know when it was made, probably late 90s or early 00s. IIRC, the fighters were all from different countries, though I don't think it's a Street Fighter or Guilty Gear game. I remember only a few of the characters: there was an Egyptian girl named Hisis(?), a buff dude with an axe named Moloch, a blonde guy (possibly Korean?) and a big guy.
Any help is appreciated. :)

Edit: I don't know about the blonde and the slow guys, it's possible I confused them for Zato-1 and Potemkin from Guilty Gear.

I've been trying to download part Timewar.r03 for a couple of weeks but the download never completes (download manager loses connection from host and Jdownloader gets stuck on a resume downloading loop - keeps trying but never completes the download).

I know it's a long shot, but could someone please reupload the Timewar.r03 on a different host/link?
