Police Quest series

Ok i have seen the announcement regarding ESA.
So if Vivendi(Sierra Online)is out of ESA shouldn't Police Quest series be free to download?:worried:

There are three factors we use to determine whether a game is abandoned or not, and ESA protection is the least important of them.
