There is no opinion really. :D It looks much better.

Erm, same goes for Dune (original game) :amused:

+1 for the vector cut scenes. *preparing_for_opinion_war*

_r.u.s.s. 21-08-2008 04:21 PM

+2 to vector cut scenes..

bobson 21-08-2008 05:25 PM

+3 to 2d. All game is 2d, so 2d movies fit in perfectly :)

The Fifth Horseman 21-08-2008 07:07 PM

+4 to vector cutscenes. They look more like the actual game, while the CGI ones often make the character movement seem very unnatural.
Plus, differences in the music (quite significant) go in favor of the floppy disk version.

And how does this proves that vector cut scenes are better??

Come on, you guys are really funny!

Forgot to mention, some people prefer retro pr0n, while others like big girls... :D do you see connection??

_r.u.s.s. 22-08-2008 02:13 PM

dude, you like morrowind, now you say that lame 3d rendered movies are better than hand made awesome vector graphics.

wheretf's your taste?=P

now i only expect you to hear that robbie williams is better than louis armstrong and you're officially fcuked up :p

Rogue 22-08-2008 03:30 PM

Well, if you had original disk version as I did back in time, and if your friend had SegaCD version and you still were talking about how awesome looks your version, something definitely was wrong with your taste.

I said that morrowind is not pile of crap, how you guys pointed it. It is game worth having. It took me long to start to play it, as it is HUGE game, but overall it is nice entertaining game. BTW, because of length of the game, I suggest XBox version. (living room is more comfy)

And speaking of great music, just hear this. How old were you when this came out? :wondering:

Don't mind _r.u.s.s., he often forgets about being polite and patient to other's preferences. I think Morrowind is a pretty good game in it's own respect, not as good as Daggerfall but certainly better than Oblivion, at least in terms of game fun, and additional mods can also enhance the game experience.
As for vector graphics in Flashback, I think also they're a bit better than the 3D graphics because they fit in style more to the overall image of the game in my opinion. That doesn't mean though someone else shouldn't find the 3D rendered movies nicer, as widely known tastes are always different and there's nothing wrong with that.
