The publisher (Gotham Games) is an ESA member, so the game is protected until 19.10.2013.

I think we should label the game as 'rejected'.

The game is not protected since 19.10.2013.
However, it's still sold on Coolshop, Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.de, Amazon.fr, Amazon.it, and Amazon.es.

Therefore, the game remains...

[REJECTED]
