Neither the publisher (Buka Entertainment) and the developer (HBM Ltd) is an ESA member.
Sold only on Canadian, British, and German Amazon Marketplace.

I think we can label this as 'approved.' Can anyone confirm this?

Buka is our local publisher, and it was acquired by 1C long ago.

Also, it's published as Buka in Russia and Poland (and maybe France too). According to Moby, everyone else got it from Oxygen Interactive Software Ltd.
