perhaps a link for those who have forgotten where the dosbox website it (for shame  )

anyway.
the previous dosbox didn't run Betrayal at Krondor (atleast not for me) but now it does, yay

You can also play Transport Tycoon in this version :w00t:

yes.
Arena isn't working (or its taking a very very very long time to load)... i'm stuck staring at a black screen.

I believe the music is much better in sim city 2000 now, but I'm not sure.

That's all fine and good, but now Duke Nukem 3D is even much slower with it as it was with prior versions... :(
What remains as only Windows 98 to play it in now...

Have you tried VDMS?

FreeFreddy 30-09-2004 03:33 PM

Umm, actually no (forgot about that possibility  ). I guess I'll try that out, if Duke3D won't crash in Windows XP because of being a Dos game. ;)

FreeFreddy 30-09-2004 07:06 PM

Nope, with VDMS it's fast enough now, but the sound is crappy and choppy so slows the game still down. Windows 98 will still be better.
