Looks pretty damn good. Is the music in there too, or is it only for VIPs?

I think you should change the setup. It says PC speaker - lousy right now. Still I had no music once I switched to Soundblaster.

I think the year of the game (1996) is wrong; not exactly early 386 days, nor do those graphics look awesome for Windows-era software. :>

Yes it is. That's why I haven't uploaded this, it doesn't match with the definition of abandonware.

What the crap, this is certainly not abandonware. Minebombers has a shareware version of it, and a registered version which requires you to pay for it. This is clearly the registered version.
