A point and click I forgot the name of

I used to have this game as a kid it was a point and click where you play as guy I think who owns a bookstore or a comic store and threw the course of the game I think you become a super hero but this is not superman or batman or any other known super hero out there it was a super hero they made up just for this game and the city you explored kind had a gotham feel to it but was not gotham and I think they would have classified this more as an interactive movie in kind of the same vain as gaberial night the beast with in because who you played as was like a digitized version of an male actor and some of the cut scenes where along the vain of being more short video sequences.
One scene I do remember from the game is that you are taking a nap in the back room I think in an easy chair and you have a dream of beautiful woman sitting on top of you and wanting to make love to you and then by the end of the scene she tries to bite you and they you wake up.
I think the title was something with tropolis somewhere in the title. I can see the game in my mind but for the life of me cannot remember the full name or even if the tropolis thing is right but I think it is.
Also I think the game starts out before play begins with some drawn cut scenes in a corporate like meeting room all with different game only super villains.
Anyway here is what I can remember I have tried to put down as much as I could remember so that it would not be to hard. Anyway I thank you for your help and also apologize if this is not the right place to put this but I thought it might fit here if it does not please feel free to move to the appropriate place.
