I can't seem to download anything... punk.
 

Hey, new to this site, wanting to play SimEarth, made a donation, doesn't seem to register on my account, try to download SimEarth get "Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to files.abandonia.com" also it asks me for another donation when I try and give one it says something like "you can't download this game punk"... please let me know this isn't some sort of scam site and point my noob ass in the right direction.

You don't have to donate to download, that is just a pop up for people who want to. The reason you can't download is because our FTP is down at the moment and we need to wait for it to be restarted.

For what that counts, the tech support was notified of the problem shortly before midnight. It all depends on when they check their e-mail.

Indeed what EoF said, thank you for donating. Also the FTP is back up now, no doubt went up during my sleep time so feel free to download the games you want.

I'm encountering exactly the same issue on a number of games. "Dune 2000" and 'Discworld" to be specific. Has something gone wrong again?
