If anybody knows where I can download Baldurs Gate I it would be appreciated!

This thread is for requesting games that should appear on the site.

This game is not abandonware so will not be added to the site, even in the bizarre event that we had space for it!
Also, no-one will be able to post a location here (if one exists) as it is against the forum rules to link to warez!

a) dotn use the (W) word
B) if you can find it cheaper do so
c) if you can find it for cheap on ebay do so
d) if you can find a website that does for games what ipod and apple itunes do for mp3s
- ie legal downloads for a flat flee perhaps $3 - per game a % goes back to the game maker. You get a download link that is specific for you - perhaps you need to register as a member - you download the game after paying for it - once you have the game then after say 4 weeks the link is automatically destroyed.

that sounds like a reasonable distribution model for old games.

Yeah, I've seen it bundled with Tales of the Sword Coast for $15 Canadian. Just shop around, you'll get a good deal without having to resort to internet banditry.

I say get it from ebay. I saw it for about ?4.99 on Ebay UK last night and you can probably get it for about the same elsewhere. :D
