besides this thread/post, what are you reading at the moment? i'll kick things off with what i'm reading:

I just started to read "Thinner" by Stephen King..I read it once but thought to read it again since it's very interesting..Usually, people afraid of gaining weight..In"Thinner" you will feel how it would be if you lose weight rapidly

I believe, it's rather not about "rapid loss", but "constant loss", regardless of speed. :)
