It is called Journey. Idea is that each part of composition represents its own region or country. Try to guess which it is. :)

about the countries i have no clue, except maybe for japan at 04:22 and ireland at 05:40?

You guessed about Ireland, though I called it Britain. It seems I did it quite right. )

Isn't Jamaica the one before Japan?

Anyway borders are nuisances only, specially when journeying, so there. :D
