Hey guys do u know/remember of a old game , from a blond boy, who had a dog that change form to a lot of things? I just remember that in the game you had to be clicking on things, and there was a time that he fall in a hole and get hurts and the dog transform in a nourse.. and some fat ladies try to kiss him. And i think that the picture of the Menu was him , the dog , and some blue , green rays.
