In Cold Blood [GoG]

ICB is a kind of a cross between a Point & Click and Metal Gear style game, by Revolution Software (Broken Sword, Steel Sky, Lure of the Temptress).

I have seen the PS1 version in a few shops, but the PC version is supposed to be better. Anyone know if it's ABW?
