Nice collection :ok: But only one FF game!!! :not_ok: LOL Nice hardwood floor too.
But from the photo, ur room looks EXTREMELY cramped  |
Hmm, what's that book lying there?
|
My collection includes:
- FFX (but of course! :D ) - All Xenosaga - Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne - Bujingai Swordmaster - Devil May Cry - Devil May Cry II - Champions Of Norrath - Forgotten Realms: Demon Stone - Bard's Tale - Suikoden III etc, etc, etc...I'm thinking about selling them (along with the console), because I don't have time to play them anymore  |
My collection includes:
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BECAUSE I DON'T OWN A PS2 w00t! |

Discworld. Men at Arms. ;) |
i have ff7 and ff8 (psx) for sale :P
|
Can we photo Xbox games aswell?
Im pretty sure my Xbox collection is larger than my ps2 collection. I probably have about 40-50 games for PS2/XBOX and 20-30 for PS1 then 5/6 for PC. |
Why not?
Let's make it a brag about Console games :) |
i knew a dude from brazil who would totally win this bragging contest.
he has like 1000's of neogeo cd's, saturn cd's, pc-engine, megadrive, etc |
Freak.

Freak he may be, but the kid's got order... and my envy. :max:
|
Ohhhh....can I post a pic of my PC games instead LOL cause all I have is my gamecube and like 3 games...I hate myself for buying Nintendo...
|
There there Moogle I have a Gamecube so your not alone LOL
Seriously though there are afew gems for gamecube: ResidentEvil 1, 0, 4 Smash Brothers Zelda Paper Mario Mario Kart ... ... ...OK that about it  |
what about the starwars games for the cube man?
LOL dont feel bad, i got a dreamcast ... |
How disappointing was mario kart? There was me thinking 'Ah, Mario Kart 64 - what wonderful memories of your 4-player battle mode. Surely Double Dash will improve on that in its latest incarnation!' and then bam! The battle mode turns out to be a pathetic, insulting afterthought not worth the time it takes to load the game. Bah!
My GC games are: Zelda: The Wind Waker (with bonus OoT disc :D) Timesplitters 2 Timesplitters: Future Perfect Pikmin Mario Sunshine Paper Mario (playing at the minute - surprisingly good if too easy) Spyro: Enter the Dragonfly Mario Kart: DD Metroid Prime Metroid Prime 2 FF: Crystal Chronicles (incredibly dull) Vexx Viewtiful Joe (too short) Zoocube Puyo Pop! Fever I've had (but traded in) Luigi's Mansion, Starfox Adventures and both Super Monkey Balls, which have all sorts of graphical errors on my NGC for some reason :( |
What is Playstation 2?
:wall: *I know I heard of it...* :wall: |
I think consoles are for kids and people who don't know how to use a keyboard or mouse. Who needs consoles when you have a PC?
|
Well, I bought mine when I didn't have a PC...

I mean... everyone wants a game that first gives the message "Insufficent mem". That is always such a fine start on a gaming experience. And the game is definately not worth playing unless you have to delete another one first, buy and install a new graphic card, upgrade the processor, buy a new monitor with higher resolution, fiddle around with the settings for three hours... before you are able to play the game for 2 hours before the computer overheats. Using a console is cheating, as the game works flawless at first try, and it only costs you the actual price of the game.... BOOO @ console games! May they burn! |
Hm, I dunno.
First time I tried playing Ghost Recon on my previous PC, it actually worked! That was three years ago. Of course I had to set the detail to medium but I could play it. Civilization III was so undemanding I got it working the first time round too. Of course I'm not one of those idiots who buy a brand new game today that is only actually playable on a PC you can buy next year... But that's just doing what the industry wants! Not me. I'm happy to buy a game that's not brand new, has already been patched and has dropped half its price. Also, internet surfing, emailing, downloading stuff (like, old games) are much easier on a PC. Ever since I played games on a C=64, my games machines always had keyboards. And I can type using all ten fingers. :bleh: |
All 8 fingers you mean?
I reckon console gaming is good to an extent, the main reason I have a console aswell as a PC is due to the fact that a top of the range gaming PC is just too expensive for me. I do however love the editing aspect (map editors and stuff) that is attached to PC gaming. Also the barrels of user content for most popular PC games is great. |
All ten fingers. I have ten fingers and I use them all during typing even if both thumbs only press the space bar.
|
My very small collection of console games.
Max Payne Max Payne 2 Star Trek: Shattered Universe LotR: Return of the King Killzone I own a PS2 obviously but I use it more as a DVD player then a console at the moment. |
Tom Tom Tom....
One FF? No Metal gear? C'mon Tom. ...Intellivision: Pretty much all of them from Lock and Chase to B17 Bomber to D&D Cloudy Mountain. Coleco: More of the same as on the intellivision, with exceptions like carnival and Mr. Doo. NES: I don't feel like getting writers cramp... Snes: Contra 3 FF3 Chrono Trigger Earthbound Terranigma Mario All Stars (I've got a weird, glitched cart, you hit select and your guy automatically powers up to the next stage. Big, to firepower, to tail, etc) Mario World 1 & 2 Zelda LttP Killer Instinct StarFox Super Metroid Earthworm Jim I can't remember the rest... I'll update later... N64: Turok 1, 2, Rage Wars GoldenEye Zelda OoT, MM StarFox 64 Mario Party GC: RE4 Zelda WW (Soon to pick up TP for sure) Baten Kaidos Tales of Symphonia Animal Crossing Metroid Prime 1 & 2 Ikaruga Soul Caliber 2 Zelda FSA GB and GBA A whole crapload of GB games, the kind you get from yardsales and friends stuff like Zelda LA Metroid 2 Castlevania and a bin full out that special breed of game that doesn't do anything to stand out GBA: Golden Sun Lunar Legend Zelda LttP/4S Doom Most of my games are on MAME and that... gotta love Metal Slug.... My unc and I even built an arcade control deck to hook up to the PC... Looking into finding a Geo and a Dreamcast. *looks at XBox 360, laughs* What in Gods name are they thinking? This things as bad as the PS3's controller. |
i would give u my dreamcast but im not gonna. its worth having just for project justice: rival schools2, fighting vipers 2, trick style, and vigalante 8
|
It's a heavily underated system.

Let's see... the ease? The fact that alot of exclusive titles reside on them? The pick up and go gameplay style? The universal appeal making them perfect for parties (drunken Mean Bean Machine is awesome), rather than just to those initiated to the gaming world? Actually, you're absolutely right. There's nothing I enjoy better than having to screw around with the settings for half an hour, delete a bunch of other apps and have to reboot a few times to play a little HL2 or Battlefield 2. ...oh, and the online communities! "asl?!1" "Spre some gold fr a noob!!" ...of course, bad spelling nowdays has been replaced by the microphone, meaning I have to endure the witty banter of every "l33t" twelve year old from here to Kansas. |
agreed. i need to get me a new arial connector for it as mine is on the way out. should really pick up loads of accessories while they still relatively available. a force feedback controller so i could use the pads for my pc would rock!! and the adapter so i can run it on my pc moniter. oh and ecco for it for when i need to chill out.

Pretty though - I went back through the barrier thingy the first time to see the animation again.
|
Really, I don't know what all this talk about fiddling with apps and deleting stuff etc. Like I said, just buy games that have been around for a year or two and they will have gotten rid of all the bugs. I have little interest in most of the 'latest' games. They're mostly gloss and bright lights, 3 D sound etc, but the game itself being not that good.
Pointing to l88t or whatever losers as being proof that PCs suck is pretty low. I remember when installing a game took an entire day, yes. But that was before Windows 98 and Windows XP. And I do know PC games that you can pick up and play right away. They're called first-person-shooters. Not really my type of game. I did enjoy Medal Of Honor for some time, but such games are ultimately limited in gameplay and lack depth. |
consoles are wickied
|
hey TOM you have Capcom vs SNK 2.... my respect :D
ive owned but no longer own (except for the N64 and Super Nintendo... still have them) A NES A SNES A GB A GBA 2 Playstations 3(!) I also have a Game Cube w/ Harvest Moon, Zelda: Wind Wakers, Paper Mario: Thousand Year Door, and some Final Fantasy my cousin brought me. Speaking of Game Cube, can someone recommend a really fun RPG/ adventure type game like Zelda or something along those lines? Or something like Splinter Cell? |

Athough, upon rereading yoru original message, I suggest an alteration, "Who needs an XBox when you have a PC?" As for a Zelda type game, try out Tales of Symphonia. Other good RPG's are things like Skies of Arcadia or Baten Kaidos. |
I only own Xenosaga2 (PS2) and Knights of the Old Republic 2 (XBOX), mostly because I usually only reply my games a few times then never again so I trade em..
I decided the last time to start colelcting and recollecting games I had or games I get. |
Actually, one of my favourite games is Grandia II :)
A game that is highly recommended to anyone who loves the gamestyle of FF. |
why are consoles so good? I mean, they have so few controls multiple controls are needed for common actions. Now, with the pc, theres plenty of buttons for every option, and then some spare. Plus, you show me a console game with 64 player multiplayer free with the game...
and PC games gets patches for free that you can get quickly, without buying a new version. |
