What is the oldest thing in your freezer or refridgerator at the moment? I ask, because I cleaned mine out yesterday and found a Hot Pocket left in the box from three years ago (how it didn't get eaten, I have no idea!) as well as some pie crust that expired in 2000. What horrors lurk in your freezer, refridgerator, cupboards, or pantry?

I once dug up a 7 year old bottle of Coca Cola from my grandmother's fridge...
...In fact I was supposed to drink it. I passed on that offer, though.

Some eggs from like a month ago. Keep forgeting to throw them to the garbage. As for the past, I had a B&J ice cream for almost 3 years.

We do clean our fridge often...

When we remodeled my parents house, we found a Coke in the wall, 50 some years old. Worth some 400 bucks according to eBay. (In good condition)

seems like a bizarre choice of time capsule, a bottle of coke

I am the Key!

Microprose Veteran 17-05-2005 10:21 PM

Um,

Rick Moranis: I am the Keymaster!

Sigourney Weaver: I am the Gatekeeper...

Oddly enough, I'm not a big fan of Ghostbusters. A lot of missed opportunities, but Weaver and Moranis were super.

A tin of soup (out of date last month). It makes it worse cause tins last for years!
Tins are always the oldest thing in the cupboards, everytime you go shopping you've ALWAYS go at least a few still in there. And it's always the same one.

efthimios 18-05-2005 08:32 AM

I think it is not healthy to have a TIN of any food in the refrigirator.
