I have finally finished writing my article. I still need 2 screenshots though. If anyone can send me original screenshots, I will credit them in the article.
1) Transport Tycoon
-the original DOS version
2) Jagged Alliance: Deadly Games

He probably doesn't have the games, just needs the screenshots to illustrate his article.

Wonders how you can write an article about without trying out them games ....

Anyway, if by half sept none has provided some shots I will.



Yeah yeah, no time to reinstall/play them them next weeks, babysitting grandkids duty time is here again ..... poor me ... I is a victime once again....

Did not know that... that would have made half my screenshots a lot easier.

Anyways, for whatever reason transport tycoon always crashes my DOSBox. When I run it in Windows the screenshot doesn't work. Don't have JA: DG anymore.

An excellent freeware screenie software -(amongst other things)- and easy in use:

Look in menu 'options' -> 'capture/screenshot' , all the possibilities are self-explaining and work flawless.

BTW, check your PMs.

Dosbox saves the screenies by default in \dosbox x.xx\captures\ but you can redirect the saves in a custom folder by editing the dosboxconf file under header [dosbox] line captures=existing_folder

I do have Deadly Alliance if you want any but I'll need to dig up the CDs. It's practically identical to the original though.

Actually, I now have all the screenshots I need. THe only reason I haven't posted the article yet is due to formatting errors.

It's been eight months and still no sign of the article.
DoomYoshi was last active two weeks ago. Maybe we should ask him about it?

By the way I have loads of screen shots from the games, some of them probably were from hotu but the others are from me so I can zip and upload them.

Also I can write a review about transport tycoon if it's not taken
