Does anyone know how to make it save in the league mode, I just keep getting told to 'insert disk' in Dosbox

I'm getting the exact same here. Using DOSBox 0.65, even mounting my floppy drive to a: and putting a disc in does'nt do anything. How do you save?

Try mounting two drives: 1. c: for the game and 2. point a:\ to c:\ for the saves. Works fine with D-Fend, and you don't need a floppy :ok: .

Tried using D-Fend, mounting game dir as c: (drive type) and c: as a: (floppy type). Didn't work. Help please?

Because you're doing that wrong.
-t floppy SHOULD ONLY BE USED FOR REAL FLOPPY DRIVES OR FLOPPY IMAGES.
The way I understand the instructions posted by E.T., you should mount your game directory both as A and C drives.

Can someone post how to config d-fend or dosbox to save Speedball2?
The posts below doesn´t help

They already did, so stop whining and start paying some attention to what was said before.

Fantastic game - countless hours I have spend trying to beat my frined in this...The ice cream yell has stuck with me ever since. Good times!

Thanks for uploading & hosting the game!!!!
4 direction keys and one fire button - I cannot imagine to squeeze more fun out of this!
So many brilliant memorys and so much fun!
I just hope that they don't screw up the successor (just in the makings at the moment).

Damn, my fingers are bleeding & the neighbors are complaining about that yell deep in the night:
ICE CREAM!

YEAH!

PS: On the savegame posts: If the program says "Insert disk" I just confirm (pressing space) and it's saved. However, this is the only savegame I can make and it's absolutely enough anyway :-)

Ahahah! True, when a player was injured.....Ice Cream, Ice Cream! :brain:
