How about Steam in Bulgaria, Yoga? We, in Russia, have hard time with debit/credit cards, but with electronic money it's always possible to pay Steam with some means. Is Bulgaria different?

No, no I am not scrape-penny.
I delay my answer because I started my holiday and I am not in my town but in our capital – Sofia. Even the PC is not mine but friend give me a laptop.
I have about 33 liters hand-made wine left.
I am from these humans that feel better when make present not visa verse. Believe me.
But the worst thing is that the BG state post offices and private companies categorically refuse to bring my wine to you.
-Why? – I asked.
--Because, yoga, your wine is NOT STABILIZED as ordinary ones and there is danger to explode during transportation and makes big damages to packets.
