I have a problem, I got dosbox and I can play blood but it is Sooooooooooo slow....

How can I do to play it better ?

The game is awsome. I remember the demo first came out, the flare gun is genius! Unfortunetely, I can't get this baby running for me at all, so all I have is memories. Maybe I'll get it up and running sometime.

I try to up cpu cycles a lot, but it says me at beggining that I don't have enought memory...
Can i upgrade my cpu memory ????

I have the same problem (games is too slow). The same problem occurs with Duke 3D and Shadow Warrior :(

I have an Athlon XP 2800 and I tried everything with Dos. Increasing CPU cycles definetly does not help :(

I haven't managed to get it to run smooth in dosbox. I can run it in windows and if i want sound i have to use vdm-sound (not 100% sure about the name)
I think the problem is that dosbox emulates a cpu and i think there is no 3d acceleration either.

Did you try to increase the amount of memory emulated by DosBox? Open up DosBox.conf and edit the appropriate line.

Also, if everything goes right the next version of DosBox should be out in a few months. They're getting faster and faster with each one, so it just might solve your problem.
