You got them all right except C2 - that's Unreal Tournament (forgot to tick it)

E2 & F6 are correct. A10 we already had :) still, well done. B6 is wrong though - it's already been guessed and is Abyss also from id software.

A7: Is that the Flight of the Valkyrie? I'm guessing here.
B11: Was that Dungeon Keeper 2? Trying to think of things he did with sequels...
C8: Infogrames?
F10: Prince of Persia: Sands of Time

Okay i know i am not bringing anything new, but i just wanted to let you know that i solved some of your questions :P, without looking at the others replies :)
So:
A3: Ordos
C1: BMP maybe? as in Bitmap Brothers?
C4: Westwood
C12: Doom
F1: Need for Speed Hot Pursuit
F6: Doom2 Hell on Earth
F7: Day of the tentacle

Doom (C12) is wrong, the rest is right. Well done. Westwood is a new answer too.
