Genocide is wrong. However, milking history is also wrong.

Chinese aren't milking the Japenese, they never did, but they don't want the Japanese nation to have a massive amnesia, and do war crimes once again(although it will probably be the Chinese that'll be the next attackers...)

I believe that Tulac has the point. If we are not aware about mistakes in our past, we can't prevent future simillar mistakes.
