As I mentioned before, when I press alt+enter (to enlarge DosBox) my HD freezes, and my comp restarts! I noticed that this is not only with DosBox, but with many other games, that use different resolution than on my desktop.

Do I have to ask you if you updated driver for your video card? :)

This does not sound like a HDD problem at all. More then likely a driver issue as mentioned by Anubis.

Sorry to laugh as that's really tragic, but funny-bizarre someone would even take your deodorant. Desperados for sure. Oh well, they've accumulated muchu bad karma. Hope you've been able to replace everything.

I had to have the C drive formatted last month....a virus, I think. Lost some freeware programs and games, etc. One freeware that I miss was a tiny program that turned docs into pdfs. That program is no longer available. :cry: I might have burnt a copy somewhere....but it'll take days to search through all the stuff on CDs.

I once had someone break into my car and steal my spare pair of trousers. Oh, and all my CDs but they left most of them further down the road and ran off with my trousers. Obviously didn't like my taste in music, but they weren't even good trousers! :crazy: :crazy: :crazy: :crazy: :crazy:
