I am enjoying listening to the instrumental musics on the playlist named Perfect Concentration where there is a great selection of musics. :music: :2thumbs:
In the beginning, I was skeptical that listening to music could help in concentration during study. I believe that skepticism is due to the generalized idea that to be concentration there would be a need for silence and tranquility... Schhh! :silence: I am not sure if they really helped me, but I’ve already been able to study very well listening to the musics from this playlist. :dunno: :OK: Most of them are “light”, soft classical musics so that they could, I think, also be used for moments of relaxation and perhaps for inducing sleep. :dunno: The same could be said about the religious songs of Hymnals, for they are generally quieter and softer. Just my personal opinion. *shrug* EDIT: Whoops! Playlist on Spotify. |
