Gothic, because you can have sex in the game.
You can have sex in Fallout , and in BG2(in the Drow city), so that's the least reason for Gothic to be your favourite RPG, sex is like a basic part of any rpg  [/b][/quote]
In Fallout 2 you can become gay too. :D

Well, in Arcanum you can convince a woman to become a lady and afterwards go into the brothel and she gives you a free ride out of gratitude, because she so much likes her new job. :)

Eh, the forum censored what I wrote into "lady", but you get the picture ;)

I just recently started playing Neverwinter nights. And i'm having a blast. Though still it doesn't gave me the thrill Morrowind gave me.
While playing NWN I had the same feeling.
I was constantly thinking "this is a nice game... not quite morrowind. I guess I'll let it unfold before I judge"
Near the end of the game I figured out it just wasn't that a great game as morrowind (at least not for me)

In BG2 you can also have sex in the Copper Coronet in the back if you can get in somehow, forget how to though, I suppose you could just walk in.

And if your male dont you also get to *meep* Aerie somewhere near the end.

But of course who really cares whether you can have sex in a game, save that for real life.

Baldurs gate 2 is a good rpg, but Fallout2 is the best ever!!
NWN is a stupid rpg.. they ruined it by making it all in 3d. :not_ok:

Haven't seen/played this Planescape: Torment yet, and wanna play it

The Niles 12-01-2005 02:13 PM

Torment is oriented towards dialogue rather then a balance between combat and dialogue that is in Baldur's Gate 1+2. If you like reading a lot and a very immersive but complicated story then Torment is for you if not then I would not recommend it.

I think it's a matter of what the player regards as a correct balance. :) Personally, I found the balance exactly right. And you can adjust it by playing a fighter-type character with low wisdom/intelligence--this makes for considerably more combat in some situations.

And the music in Planescape - Torment was very catching one, too.

Yes, it was. I wish it had been the hit Interplay was hoping for, instead of the competent success it was. A followup was on the books, but the accounting folks killed it and pulled the team off, giving them TORN. Then, they pulled the BIS development team off TORN, and that occasioned a lot of grumbling. Interplay dealt with this in a sensible way, by firing the entire team--some of their most creative people. Shame.
