Every other mmorpg costs like 50$ for the main game, plus 4* 30$ on average for all expansions, sums up to 170$ before you can start playing, and then you also have to pay additionally a monthly fee. So you are left with 185$ to pay before you can even take a step in the virtual world.

Anyway, this discussion is over since I don't like mmorpgs and would never buy a game with a monthly fee. So what the heck am I explaining this for??

I think you can pay the monthly fee with in game currency.

indeed. its possible to buy with real money a game time extention card, and then convert that card into a in-game item (PLEX), to be placed for sale in the market. there are many people (obviously with more money to spend than me) that do that. so you just grab your in-game currency (ISK), go to the market, buy one PLEX (or more), and activate it, thus adding 30 days to your play time, spending only ISK.

so, once you make enough ISK to afford buying the PLEX, you can play the game without spending any of your hard earned rl money

that really sounds like a good idea, I wish WoW would do that....
it not like Blizz would go bankrupt or somethin like that lol
