Hey, that's really not bad, you're good at catching the actual main concept and develop the details from there :OK:

Thanks, Scatty! Actually, sometimes I just sit down and draw, then something nice come out of it, but yes, I get the best results when I have a concept.

I updated my deviantART channel with fixed versions of the pictures. It seems that when I scanned them in I made a big mistake - I didn't choose the size of the papers manually when the software couldn't find the edges. Now they look like they were meant to be.

Something new, something good, something YEAAAH
Well, I'm back after a long time. I went back to my roots, since back then in 2006 I was meddling with Wings3D, and I recently found out that my favourite modeler not only passed version 1 but became a professional tool already (Not that it was any bad). The interface is still the same, so I had no problem getting used to it. I started practicing, and came up with this:

Thanks for playing...

Behold my greatness, people, as I share the first playable demo of my first videogame ever with everyone on board!
It is going to be a kind of a snake clone (a terrible one), but now in this phase it's more like the race from Tron. Enjoy! P.S.: I included the executable, and the sourcecode (written in Borland Pascal 7.0) as well, and the driver file (EGAVGA.BGI). Copy the game's folder where your DOS games usually are, and run the executable in DOSBox. Attachment 1605 |
