Anagrams are far too easy to cheat on... I hate the screenshot part, they are much too hard, bunch of 'em are hardly known games, and the screenshots are only partial...

At least 13 of the 20 are very well known games - some already told me the screenshots are too easy so I guess it depends on whether you've played the game or not - if you have, you're almost certain to recognize it.

The only good part bout it is that even though I'm not always sure which game is it, I can pretty much narrow it down to a series or two and then guess...
And now that I got like 70% of it solved, I really hope that's fit for the consolation prize...

No but some games have similar screenshots on AB. Over half the screenshots have recognisable elements that you'll see on screenshots of Abandonia as well.

Are wrong answers detrimental to the score or are they equal to a blank answer?

I'm not that evil ;). You can guess as much as you want without any negative result.
