I'm sorry to blow your baloon Chosen, but "TheChose" is pretty much a pun. "Chose" mean Thing in French, so I think that "TheChose" is simply an intelligent way to get past the copyright problem. ;)

Or maybe I am just missing something obvious and have no idea what your pics are about?
