I like FDISK. It's the fastest way to destroy lots of data. And it's DOS-based. :thumbs:

For partitioning under Windows... Paragon Partition Manager does the job. There are probably better programs, but I'm quite happy with PPM so far.

Because it's too basic.
And if you have multiboot HDs it screws up.
You can't resize/move/backup/whatevers partitions on the fly without data loss.
It's a destructive program.
It can't handle non-Dos partitions. (Linux .......etcetera)

It's simply worthless, always was.
