I still have my Dreamcast. I haven't played it for a long time because the controller is broken and I don't have a VM anymore, but I know what BP means. There were a few good games on there, but not loads of them like other consoles. However, I must point out that so far no one has mentioned Blue Stinger or Shadow Man. Awesome games.

EDIT : And Incoming. Good fun.

Shadowman was on almost every other system imaginable tho.

psx and n64 were seriously toned down from PC while DC got the best console version. and i got scummvm working in the end. had to download the BASS compilation cd from dc evolution and replace the lp.bin and 1st_read.bin with the ones from the BASS cd. then burnt as a data/data with bootdreams. now i have sam and max, simon the sorceror, BASS and maniac mansion on my DC :D

Ah, the dreamcast. I recall somewhere reading that it was "The best console you never purchased." How true.

I once played a boxing game on the Dreamcast.
That was quite cool. You had to train your boxer with different excercises that required the money that you won from your (won) fights.
I remember that I played the character Angel "Raging" Rivera! :D He was a latino so his first name was pronounced "Unn Kchell".
The last fight was against the Devil himself. Of course I won that one too... :max:

But I like these "Do-sports-successfully-earn-money-and-improve-by-it"-games anyways. :ok:

I never heard of one until I played one. That tells about the poor marketing it had. It's a shame because it was an interesting console.
I loved Soul Calibur so much. :)

My favourite game was a fishing game, called Bass Fishing, I reckon.
Probably the first console with a fishing rod. The Dreamcast did some kind of pioneer work which now led to the Wiiii.
Just for that an awesome console :ok:

You cant say dreamcast was "ordinary" when it had Sega Rally 2 Championship :D I still play that game regularly, both at home and on the local arcade :P

(04:01:07 for my fellow rallyers)
