hello,
i m fun of this game and i m happy i found it again. i have so interesting problem. i downloaded this game and i can play at my office computer without any additional program. but i download for my laptop which is nearly same specifitaions, i couldnt open. when i click dos opening and closing in 1 second. than i downloaded dos box and i opened(but it was so mix:) ).i was thinking everything is ok but when i want make save i saw an eror msg (unable archive....) now i dont know what will i do. i have to make save this game i can not play all in 1 day :)
i wish someone will help me. thanks in advance

As in, the game is in C:\Settlers\ ?
Exact syntax of the mount command you used in DOSBox, please, including all parameters.

Where did you place the game on your office PC's hard drive?
Also, how much free space is on that hard drive?
How much is on your home computer's hard drive?

didnt understad your second question :( but doxbox is olsa in program file
3-in my office pc it s in C: my documents. i also tried to put same folder in my notebook but no diffrence. when i make a new save it's open in settlers folder like save.ds that's why i copied these folders in my notebook but it didn't see. both hard disk i ve about 7-8 GB memory.

in my opinion, when you play in dosbox cant make save :(
the crazy thing is my office pc and notebook are nearly same. xp, gforce bla bla... i dont have problem at office ups just my boss :))
