fallout 2 wsa better than fallout (one sequel that was better than the original)

Hi, i'm very new with this whole computer thing, and the way you guys talke about morrowind, i'm thinkning about getting it, can any of you tell me the system reguirements for me to play this, any help would be greatly appriciated. :D
