Help! I downloaded ScummVM and the new .cpt file for the game and I still can't get it to run...

I have a Windows XP system..
should I try to run this with DOSBox?

Try this site, if you are having problem with the version you downloaded :ok:

This game is excellent! I played through the whole thing (I used a guide because I suck), and I thoroughly enjoyed it. However, I dont really know how you would know some parts without a guide. Like the fingerprints on the glass. *shudder* Took me forever.
But anyway, sweet game. :ok:

You can actually see the fingerprints on them if you look closely ;)

I'm still dismayed with the low score this game gets - 3.5 only?? This is one of the best adventure games ever made :S To see Kings Quest 6 get a higher score says it all.

Reason for the low score is that certain people rate a game with a 1 point score if they can't beat it in a day, or if they encounter a problem - or just because it is an adventure game, and they themselves prefer Strategy.

I hate it when people judge a game from the above, but there's nothing we can do about that :(

Yeah, definately sucks. It has 9+ on HOTU though, so I'm glad for that - but then again it's a Top Dog on there. Maybe Abandonia could have its own "hall of fame" with the best games? (besides most popular).

We already do (in several ways)

We have medals on some "must try abandonware" titles, and you can also sort through each genre with the most popular games first.

Is there any way to filter just the medal titles, so you can see all of the must plays right away?
