how do you get the hand things of when they grab you? its real annoying. and could some one help me with multi player? i wanna play against other people.

to get the hands off (are they saying "go swallow yourself" ??) you need to run about and press the space bar really fast. or whatever key you have set for "use/open" if the difficulty setting is high, you will have a lot of trouble getting them off even then. the best thing is to kill those little buggers first.

multiplayer... get transfusion... its a port of blood to the quake engine, so it has bots and internet play.
getting original blood to play over the net is incredibly complicated, and pointless now.

Wow I can't believe Blood is abandonware. I bought it from EB only last month.
Then again it was only $10. I also got Fallout Tactics for the same price. That is one cool game....and I guess I should rave about FT on the proper thread....heh heh heh.

wow its a pretty cool game i realy like it. its kind of like doom and quake but man its a realy fun and adictive game. i like that you can throw dynomite and stuff i mean thats pretty cool but hey you got to love the pitchfork (They need a chainsaw like in doom 1-3) wow that would be sweet! :guns:

I think it's something like "I'll swallow your soul" , but I still can't make up what they say when they die ("I guess some other time" ?)

Anyway, love this game, much more than its somewhat disappointing sequel. Allthough Blood 2 does have some great graphics I found it to be more like your average 'serious' goth FPS. It just lacks the tongue-in-cheek humor that makes the first part so much fun to play.

I just kinda stumbled upon the plasma pack addon, which is quite enjoyable too :)

Blood2 is also abandonware..
