Ah, Tales of Symphonia... now there's a great RPG...

My fault, because you replied to my question towards giantmidgit when he said "Sure, it was extremely well done, and polished, and the execution was incredible, but, it was the same old shoot people, drive cars type game we've had for awhile." I thought/forgot that it wasn't you who said that originaly.
I do not disagree there are similar (though not same size) games to GTA, but to say "same old...." it very wrong. Thus why I asked about other games like GTA that have been for a while, which I guess hasn't been answered yet by thegiantmidgit. (or anyone else)

edit: btw, according to the review the game getaway kinda sucks and is just linear missions without anything in between. Yes GTA has linear missions too but not exactly the same. Still, even if we accept that getaway is a succesful clone of GTA, it has come after GTA and not before, to be valid for the previous comment by midgit, question by me.

There's something in writing we call stating a opinion on a future product, we say "It looks like it could be hard to use, not only that, but the descriptions don't sound to great." Instead of saying we hate it just because we like the Playstation too much and wish to say that Nintendo is completely insane.

Im pissed off with the way their ruining their franchise... they have some good titles under their belt and are just fecking everything up... hooray for crappy suck-tastic nintendo.

Also, as much as I love the playstation.. I have and Xbox.. and my first console was a nintendo then came my sega.. and THEN my playstation. I love them all equally!

However... the gamecube makes me feel Ill...I wont be touching it.. as for this new console.. I don't much care for what I have seen... I may purchase it but after I get a Xbox360 and PS3

Erm, how have they ruined everything?
As far as I remember, all the advances in their franchises have been greeted as amazing successes.
