Gamefreak Just get Slowdown here. It's free and reliable. Just click on SlowDown v1.0 (66 KB) - 16228 Downloads below. The official creators of it don't seem to be on the scene anymore and it seems to be the only place yet where the program is downloadable.

The Fifth Horseman MoSlo is only for DOS applications.

Gamefreak You'll hear the MIDI tune in Dungeon Keeper ONLY, and ONLY if you have the old Soundblaster AWE32 which can't be used in new PC's, otherwise it won't be played. Can be seen in setup anyway, I think, there's only AWE32 selectable for music.
The game will play any music CD automatically when it's inserted, though. Just be sure to keep your game's CD in the drive when starting the game, and if you copied the entire game to HD like described in a text-file on the CD, you don't need the game's CD after starting the game anymore at all.
