Tom Henrik It will also happen if you enter the site with .org or .net ending.

You can enter the site using:

http://www.abandonia.com
http://www.abandonia.org
http://www.abandonia.net

But only the first one will give you downloads.

DeathDude I could never get firefox to pause and resume a download for me, I know a bunch of other people on some other forums that have the same problem, it's a bug that I hope is fixed in the near future

As for getright, it's a good program imo, it integrates nicely into firefox and IE, haven't had any problems with it, better than my last download manager DAP, I'm so glad I got that off my system.

PrejudiceSucks Firefox works for me every time. I download on it, as you can pause then continue on a bit.

GetRight! is just a big steaming pile of dog... eyes... and deserves to in crappy accessory hell.

Raster With every game I've tried.

*edit* Hmm. It seems if I want to download something when I'm on another website I have to right click and hit "save as" on the link. I don't have that option on abandonia do I?
Argh. Anyone got any idea how to fix it in FireFox?

EDIT: LOL. I just realized I'm using my friends computer and he has a 200mb limit set to his OS drive. So I deleted a few things, dropped the max cache size some and it's up and working!

Thanks for your help guys. :w00t:

DeathDude This working with every game at the site?

Plus you could try resetting your internet explorer settings to default maybe something got edited or something.

Raster (DeathDude)Nope...That's not it. Done it already.
(Bobbin)It worked for the first 5 times. The settings should still be the same. I checked it out anyway and it appears enabled.

Chris do you use a firewall or some other program blocking referrers? you could check your inet-explorers security options as well.

EDIT: javascript has also to be enabled

DeathDude Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies from IE, see if that helps.
