Al-Ibrahim To answer the reviewer, back in 1991-1993 there was a lot of diplomatic conflict between Russia and the Ukraine over the status of Crimea and the Black Sea Fleet. There were concerns that war would break out.

As for the game itself, it seems very... obscure. Makes me wonder how many other DOS games existed in other countries, and if any in particular are hidden gems of some sort.
