What is the problem with the Date and Time program?

The dates and times for replies and entries on the forum works when I haven't logged inn, telling me the coorect date for today and so forth... But as soon as I log in every date and time changes to 04.30.04. This was the date I joined the Dos League... Is this something that happens to everyone or is it just me?
