Deathbringer

The game is unplayable. At level 15, there's a frozen lake to the left (you must go to the left to progress, otherwise the levels keep repeating), which'll collapse under your feet if you wander on top of it. Alas, there's a powerboat goblin which'll arrive from that direction, thus, damaging the ice. And no, you can't jump over the whole icy pit, no matter how long running jump you make.
So the game is impossible, period.

twillight I also have the "can't leave the first level" problem. Maybe it has to do something with the runestones right at the beggining?

A fighting-tip here: to kill a flying thing hit up (jump), hit space and keep pressing it, then click up again to hit the damn birds.

I laso found a way to regenerat life: when your sword's bloodlust is filled, and you kill an enemy, you regenerate a little with the speed your sword loos its bloodlust-stat.

WhoDied There is another Amiga game by exactly the same name - that, judging from the screenshots - is a completely different game.

I agree with the use of perspective. Awesome.

.:EDIT:.(Xref suggestion removed because I can take care of it now, and did.)

So how far exactly must one go left or right before getting on to the next level?

Yup! - I need to know too!! - how do I get to the next level... every time I make it to one side of the game I get respawned back to the middle. =(

Thanks.

Guest The graphics and the effect (perspective view of ground) is great for its time. The control isnīt good and the game difficult but you can use a trainer to play the game until the end.

Tito Well, the graphics were great when this game appeared, but the controls are horrible. Karn reacts very slowly to your orders, making it difficult to coordinate attacks or dogde them.

efthimios I played this on the ST years ago. It looked and sounded good but I remember never playing it a lot. Can't remember the reason and not sure that I want to find out/remember.

Guest Looking good, playing fine. Still liked the old Amiga version better.
