DOSBox is mainly for XP, and XP users mainly have big machine. If you don't have at least 1.5 gigahertz of power in your machine then don't use DOSBox.

If you have Win98 Se then you should be able to run 90% of the old games easily anyways.

Yamcha i pressed both combinations to the end :whistle: Yes I know his function - to slow down it's great fo win XP but it's kinda booooooooooooring to wait 2 times longer to do the same thing LOL

Unknown Hero Just drag&drop game executabel over dosbox and it should work fine.

@yamcha
try pressing ctrl+F12 or ctrl+F8 to get the game running faster. BTW it does slow all the things, and that's exactly what we want!

Eagle of Fire This is probably because your CPU is too fast (you heard me) for the game and it makes your computer freeze.

Try using DOSBox.

hunter hi, whenever i get into the settlers 2 (i have windows XP) the game gets into the menus but just COMPLETELY freezes up. like, i have to restart the whole comp coz ctrl+alt+del dont work. someone help plz?
