Anonymous | VDMSound is not JUST sound driver for dos games. DosBOX is too slow on my computer, so I use VDMS exclusively, and I remember many games that worked only with VDMS, even with no sound enabled. VDMS is harder to use than DosBOX, but it works far better for me. |

VDMSound is a completely different program then DOSBox. VDMsound are DOS soundrivers for XP so you will have sound under XP for DOS games that will still run under XP. DOSBox emulates an x86 computer so you can run DOS games under platforms (like, but not exclusively, XP) that will not run them themselves. You are right though that we should have this on the site. I don't know why this is not on there if we don't have it. I'll bring it up to Kosta when he returns. |

suggestion i would suggest that you put VDMSound on page for starting dos related games.much better then dosbox! |
