Did you at least read the review?
Could this help?

Capo Finished today.
Imho this is the worst chapter of the series. They have tried to do something innovative but the result isnt very good, most of the puzzles are just repetitive works, other are even more than illogical, other time you just dont have idea what to do. The plot is not very inspired too.
Only for die-hard fans of the series.

...and yet you wanted an answer which, if you'd searched the walkthrough on "statues," would have given you just that. And nothing else.

I'm with you on reading walkthroughs. But if you want an answer quickly, searching one is an easy, quick, and effective way to go.

Be that as it may, I'm glad you found what you needed. However you found it.

This is a very good walkthrough that answers your question.

...and GameFAQs has a lot more, too.

Excellent game. Unlike the first Kyrandia, #2 and 3 really had puzzles that made sense in a whacked out way, and the surrealistic imagery was perfect.

Phantom Probably by clicking on each one you will get some information. Also if I remember right, you must have gems where you use each one on the altar and see what each one represents.

Then I think it's easy enough to figure out what to do with the cats. Try to match the gems with the corresponding statues probably.

Capo Question: How can i understand what element the cats statues represents ? They looks all the same to me
