Forcing false colours

I realize this probably isn't the best place to ask, but AB is always the first thing that comes to mind.

Recently I downloaded MESS and use it emulate Apple II. One of my fave games is sublogic flight simulator. The only problem is that in the manual it says: "adjust the monitor to make the instrument cluster orange and blue." There is nothing within the emulator that emulates the Apple II's colour correction. Vista is as useful as... something useless.

Does anyone know of a way to force false colours upon one of my monitors? I have a dual-monitor setup so I don't mind a semi-permanent change since I fly this game quite a bit (after all, there are 3 versions, each more captivitating than the last). My next step will be browsing Apple II dedicated forums and sites but I thought it never hurts to try AB.

Thanks for any help in advance
